Returns & Exchange

OUR RETURN POLICY

A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. The return fee is set to $9 within the US and $25 for international returns.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept returns with stains of makeup or smell of perfume. A refund or exchange cannot be issued till the items been returned to our warehouse.

Note: During promotional periods, items purchased with discounts or promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Only authorized returns will be processed.
